CORPORATE CULTURE AS A TOOL FOR INCREASING EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION

Abstract
Corporate culture is a combination of strategic business perspective and human resource management, resulting in the adequate behavior of managers and employees. On the one hand, it can be a source of strength of the organization and the bearer of its competitive advantage; on the other hand, it might impede the development of the organization or even could be the source of its destruction. The aim of this paper is to present the results of the research in the selected corporate culture of spa enterprises in Northeastern Slovakia, and to assess its impact on increasing the motivation of executives and managers.<br/><br/>
