Corrupt crime in Ukraine: contemporary state and the main strategies of its prevention

Abstract
The article is devoted to the quantitative and qualitative indexes of the corrupt crime in Ukraine during the period of 2013–2015, based on the official information of Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine. The author analyzed its rate, structure, dynamics, latency and «price». In the paper such qualitative indexes of corrupt crime in Ukraine as structure on gravity of the crime committed, structure on spheres of the most expansion etc. have been determined. The reasons of high rate of latency of corrupt crimes have been defined. According to the Law of Ukraine «On the principles of state anticorruption policy in Ukraine (Anticorruption strategy) on 2014–2017» the main strategies of corruption prevention in Ukraine have been recited. The author proposed a variety of additional directions of corrupt crime prevention, such as: designation of corruption risks in the different spheres of public life; decriminalization of Art. 370 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; non-admission of choosing the pre-trial restrictions like personal bail, caution bail or house arrest to officials, who are suspected in corruptive crimes; organization of activity of new anticorruption organs; alteration of criteria of evaluation of work of law enforcement authorities etc.
