Journal Title: Jurnal Ilmiah Dinamika Rekayasa - Year 2019, Vol 15, Issue 1

Abstract

Information technology in an institution is important in supporting daily routine activities. Institutions have scheduled and routine things are done. Meetings are one of the agenda that must be carried out in an agency. The occurrence of schedule and room clashes is the urgency of this research. Besides that, the recording of meetings still carried out in ledgers or memos also increases the risk of either loss or natural disaster. This study provides an alternative solution to these problems. In this paper, In this paper, a meeting scheduling application has been developed as an alternative solution. Analysis is carried out using object-oriented analysis using several diagrams such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The system development method used is the phased development method. Advantages of the method This method comprises several stages, planning, analysis, design, implementation and then produce an application version in several stages. Based on the results of black box testing of the six main features, it shows that the application built has met the expected standard of functionality. We can say the results of user acceptance test system performance to have 100% met expectations because based on the results of the evaluation of the users they agree and agree to all the parameters tested. As for user satisfaction, it satisfies 100% of users using the application, the system interface is interesting and will recommend the application. It’s just that for system functionality are 7 respondents who want the addition of new features
