ON PRACTICE OF THE RESTRICTION OF SPECIAL LAW IN THE CONTEXT OF MEASURES TO ENSURE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the review of judicial practice and legislative reflection of the concept of “special law” in the context of the application of measures to ensure criminal proceedings. The analysis of the norms of the current legislation concerning the definition of the list of documents and rights that are part of the special law and are subject to a temporary limitation in the order of application of measures for ensuring criminal proceedings is covered.
