Platformy internetowe jako narzędzia ekonomii współdzielenia
Journal Title: Transformacje Prawa Prywatnego - Year 2018, Vol 2, Issue 2
Abstract
A sharing economy as an incorporation of a collaborative consumption phenomenon is enthusiastically used in many fields of economy. No wonder that its advantages allow to apply assumptions of economy based on co-sharing by at least some of digital platforms. On account of lack of an evident legal regulation concerning a private law relation that connects the digital platforms’ users, one should analyse the relations mentioned previously, relying on general structures being applied in civil law. The subject matter of the article is an attempt of indicating such criteria which can be distinctive for proper separation of the digital platforms and their analysis as the tools of sharing economy.
