QUESTION THE VALIDITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS ON BIZNES TRANSFORMATION MODEL COMPANIES BASED TRANSACTIONS MERGER OR ACQUISITION

Abstract
The rise of global competition in most areas of economic activity and activation of world integration processes impose new quality requirements to the business models of domestic enterprises. The rigidity of competitive environment poses new challenges for modern enterprises, which are mostly related to the search for effective mechanisms and strategies for the transformation of existing business models. In this environment conditions mergers and acquisitions are the one of that growth strategy, which allows the enterpriseis not only maintain its competitive position in the market, but also "break out" into the leaders. The paper identifies the key criteria for assessing the degree of problematic current business model of the enterprise, to evaluate the feasibility of integrating foreign enterprises. The methodical approach to determine the nature of the manifestation motives of merger or acquisition is offered. A map of the priorities of decision- making for the transformation of the business model of the enterprise is also offered. For each segment of priorities maps is recommended certain agreements to transform the business model, which are the objects of mergers or acquisitions.
