Abstract
The article is devoted to the philosophical and legal study of social and legal interpretations institute freedom. Based on the analysis of scientific problems, noted that awareness of the importance of this institution permeates not only the social philosophy or that of its industry, and, above all, the philosophy of law, because of its reasoning: freedom ‒ a natural benefit that is not subject to limitation any laws, legal rights and freedoms of others.
