THE CONTENT OF A UNIVERSITY TEACHER'S INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY: THEORETICAL AND EMPIRICAL INS

Abstract
The concept of a university teacher’s innovative activity is grounded and specific features of the content of innovative activity compared to the interpretation of innovative activity as a process are revealed in the first part of the article. The methodology of the empirical research is introduced in the second part, and the results of the empirical research which revealed the expression of a university teacher’s innovative activity in the context of improvement of specific study programmes are presented in the third part of the article.
