THEORETICAL BASIS OF THE REGION`S INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article considers separate theoretical approaches to the definition of concepts such as "innovation", "innovation process", "innovative development", "region`s innovative development". The necessity of the region`s innovative development model formation is substantiated; the main factors influencing on the region`s innovative development are outlined. The research confirms that the region`s innovative development as an objective process, is closely interrelated with the scientific and technological development, while ensuring the marked process effectiveness is determined by the effective management system formation that enables the acceptance of balanced management decisions in the innovation implementation.
