Using of media by the teaching of philological subjects (experience of distance learning in higher education in Germany)

Abstract
The article has been devoted to the description of the experience of using media tools in the distance education at universities in Germany. Distance learning is an innovative component of the educational process based training programs using new information technologies, including satellite television, computer networks, multimedia and so on.
