溶胶凝胶涂敷光纤耦合器热光开关的研究

Abstract
实现一种简易的热光开关,利用有机-无机混合溶胶凝胶材料的温敏特性,在光纤耦合器表面涂敷了一层温敏薄膜,通过温度改变了耦合器的折射率分布。当薄膜的折射率大于耦合器的石英材料折射率时,耦合器的传输损耗高,会发生光的抑制,反之则能够正常通光。利用温度变化这一特性,设计热光开关的装置,该装置成本低,制作简便,稳定性高,有一定的使用价值。
