泡沫塑料单向压缩本构关系的分数导数模型研究

Abstract

依据ASTM标准对汽车座椅用泡沫塑料进行恒速加卸载试验,得到单向压缩状态下的应力-应变数据。采用多项式函数与分数导数模型分别描述泡沫塑料的非线性弹性与线性粘弹性,推导该模型在恒速加卸载工况下响应的表达式。实现并完美了一种识别模型参数的过程,包括通过线性插值对试验数据进行重构、应用正交多项式识别弹性参数等;着重介绍Mittag-Leffler函数的计算方法。以汽车座椅用某泡沫塑料为例,通过识别得到全部模型参数;模型重构得到的应力-应变关系与试验结果吻合良好。
