微合金化洁净车轮钢产生氢鼓泡的 可扩散氢临界质量分数

Abstract

用电解充氢法研究了微合金化洁净车轮钢产生氢鼓泡的可扩散氢临界质量分数。结果表明,洁净车轮钢的可扩散氢质量分数随充氢电流密度的增加而增加,氢鼓泡密度也随着充氢电流密度的增加而增加,试样中产生氢鼓泡的可扩散氢最低质量分数为2.22×106。设定氢鼓泡密度0.5 cm2≤ρ≤3 cm2为临界条件,则产生氢鼓泡的可扩散氢临界质量分数为(3.64±0.55)×106。
