Total cataract was the most common form of cataract. 82% of them had visual acuity of < 3/60. Among the associated injuries the corneal injuries were most common. Conclusion: Traumatic cataract and its associated ocular injuries constitute one of the important causes of ocular morbidity and visual loss.
