Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the norms of the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine on the possibility of using mediation to resolve public-law disputes. A comparison of the legal framework for the use of mediation to resolve public-legal disputes within the framework of the existing Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine and the draft law on amending the Code of Administrative Justice of Ukraine of Ukraine № 6232 of May 23, 2017. The stages of the mediation procedure are formed in the administrative court proceedings.
