A comparative study of 50 cases conservative Vs operative management in blunt abdominal trauma

Abstract
This study was carried out in 50 patients of civil hospital Ahmedabad, tertiary care centre to evaluate solid organ injuries with various modes of presentation and available investigations for early diagnosis in blunt abdominal trauma. This study also compares conservative and operative management in blunt abdominal trauma.
