A COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION EFFICIENCY OF THE INVESTMENT PROJECT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT CONSIDERING ITS INFLUENCE ON THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

Abstract
The purpose of paper is addition the theoretical and methodological principles of research of the sustainable development problems of the railway transport of Ukraine, the effective management and development of its social infrastructure in conditions of limited investment resources. The subject of the article: trends and conditions of railway transport (including its impact on the revitalization and development of the basic types of economic activity in the regions of Ukraine); stages and indicators for the evaluation of socio-economic effect from implementation of the investment projects on development of railway infrastructure; structure of indicators characterizing socio-economic efficiency of the project; algorithm of comprehensive efficiency assessment of the investment project of development of social infrastructure of the organization of railway transport (considering its influence on socio-economic development of regions of Ukraine). Results. Revealed the basic trends and conditions of railway transport, including its impact on the revitalization and development of the basic types of economic activity in the regions of Ukraine. Concretized stages and indicators for the evaluation of socio-economic effect from implementation of the investment projects on development of railway infrastructure. Substantiated the generalized structure of indicators characterizing socio-economic efficiency of the project. Developed an algorithm of comprehensive efficiency assessment of the investment project of development of social infrastructure of the organization of railway transport considering its influence on socio-economic development of regions of Ukraine. Substantiated the expediency of its use in the practical activity of analytical services of railway transport organizations in Ukraine. Field of using: comprehensive assessment of the investment project efficiency of the social infrastructure development of railway transport considering its influence on the socio-economic development of the Ukrainian regions carried of the analytical services of railway transport organizations.
