A Content Analysis of the Problems Encountered by Working Women in the Scope of Studies Carried out in Turkey: (2010-2021)

Abstract
In the research, it is aimed to carry out the content analysis of the Turkish studies dealing with the problems faced by working women in Turkey between the years 2010-2021. The studies were searched by scanning the keywords "problems of working women", "women's work", "Turkey" from the Google Academic database. Limitation using the criteria of “Search in Turkish pages”, “Studies carried out in Turkey”, “Studies carried out with quantitative and qualitative methods”, “Studies with findings on the problems of women in working life”, “Studies carried out with women” and “removal of duplicate studies” has been carried out. After the exclusion criteria, 12 articles were included in the study. As a result of the analysis, the negative effects of working life on family and housework and gender discrimination are among the problems that women experience the most. Gender discrimination and the negative impact of working life on family and housework were stated as problems in nine of the thirteen studies. Subsequently, in five of the studies, mobbing, harassment or abuse, promotion and difficulty in promotion were among the problems encountered in working life.
