A Fuzzy TOPSIS Algorithm Applied for Libyan Universities
Journal Title: Libyan Journal of Engineering Science and Technology - Year 2021, Vol 1, Issue 2
Abstract
— In this paper we explore some of the applications of Fuzzy TOPSIS method by using it in the problem of the academic member selection in Libyan universities. We introduce a common theme between applied mathematical and business management. We illustrate with example the ambiguity of concepts that are associated with the judgments of the human being could be solved by the Fuzzy numbers and the order of the alternatives can be determined by introducing a closeness coefficient to calculate the distances to the Fuzzy positive and negative ideal solutions using FPIS and FNIS respectively.

Dry Well Analysis of Well B3A-95, Concession NC-73, Ajdabya Trough, Sirt Basin
All those working in the field of extracting underground resources should understand an important rule of natural laws: "Natural is subject to a state of anxious stability" . Therefore, the imbalance that we will cau...
Integration of Petrophysical and Sedimentological analysis of Aouinet Ouenine Formation, in South Wafa Field (NC169a), Ghadames Basin, Libya.
Geophysical and Wireline log analysis of the Middle Devonian Aouinet Ouenine F3 Sandston Member (main reservoir), in the south part of Wafa Field-NC169a (NW Libya), have been carried out on seven wells (A12,A13, A40,...
Applications of the Laplace Transform in Mathematics and Engineering
In this paper, we define the Laplace transform as an effective mathematical tool for simplifying complex issues. We show the sufficient conditions for the existence of the Laplace transform the paper also includes a b...
Geochemistry Evaluation of Limestone for Cement Production: A Case Study of the Area Between Wadi Al Kuf and Wadi Al Mgahi, Al Jabal Al Akhdar, NE Libya
A cement is a binder, a substance used for construction that sets, hardens, and adheres to other materials to bind them together. In this work, we conducted a geochemical assessment of the limestones in the area betw...
