Abstract
Various 134thiazole derivatives have been reported to exhibit various biological activities The 134thiadiazole derivatives found to have diverse pharmacological activities such as insecticidal herbicidal antiviral antitumor CNS stimulant antibacterial antifungal antiangiogenic antiglaucoma antiischemic and antiinflammatory antidepressant anxiolytic antiparasitic antitumor hypoglycemic antihypertensive and CNS depressant activities The 134Thiadiazoles have also been used in many fields and majority of applications as dyes lubricants analytical reagents and agents The 134Thiadiazole analogs are associated with diverse biological activities probably by virtue of toxophoric NCS group Due to the wide range of applications we have studied thiadiazole derivatives for their biological significancesKeywords Thiadiazoles Pharmacological Triazolo
