Abstract
This article is intended to provide instruction for students analyzing literary remains of the Hungarian language on practical classes. There is a certain order of analysis including three moments: I External analysis, II. Internal analysis, III. Comparing the literary remains of the language and summarizing the analysis. The course of the analysis is illustrated by presenting a full analysis of the first sentence of Halotti Beszéd és Könyörgés.
