Abstract
(„The point is the new exclamation mark”) In this article the author presents how the media turns, how it changes the meaning of signs on the online interactive platforms. It is analyzed the history and role of the images on social networking sites, the role of the fonts and „emoticons” on diff erent operating systems. It is discussed the credibility of images vs. the credibility of texts. The author concludes that we need new skills to access the eternal challenges of the new media.
