A scrutiny of finance performance of two financial enterprises customer based on evidence from Pars financial Co and the Arian financial CO, Iran

Abstract
The main aim of this study is analyze and compare customer satisfaction and service quality in Pars financial Co and the Arian financial CO, Iran, and investigate the relationship between enterprise overall customer satisfaction and service quality factors. Research results revealed that all enterprise products/services in pars financial co have a mean score above the average score of 3. In Arian financial co, the customer satisfaction is very low for most all enterprise products/services in pars financial co. The highest satisfaction in service delivery systems of financial performance came from employees in both financial Co. The results of factor analysis indicate the sample was suitable for factor analytic procedure. There are significant differences between Pars financial Co and the Arian financial CO in terms of reliability, responsiveness and empathy dimensions. Multiple regression models show that all of service quality items are statistically significant for the overall quality service of Pars financial Co but tangibles are not statistically significant for Arian financial CO.
