Abstract
Micro enterprises are smallest trading organisation to individual and to the nation they provided employment and raise the standard of living of both employers and employees to the nation. They complement large scale modern secto r enterprises they utilize agricultural and other raw material s and the economic development country veritable vehicle for the achievement of nation micro enterprises in term of employment generation at low investment cost enhancement of apprenticeship tra ining the micro enterprises included agriculture and rural business. The financial services, and identifies ways to overcome these challenges. It analyses the different types of microfinance institution, the role that they can play in the forest sector giv en the characteristics of micro enterprises and forest communities, their impact rural and environment
