A SYSTEM OF PASSENGER BUS-STATION PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (PBS)

Abstract
The experience of performance-indicator formation for various sectors of the national economy has been analyzed. A Balanced Scorecard of passenger bus-station performance has been developed according to various spheres of its activities: finance, staff, customers, main processes at passenger bus-stations. An operation sequence for developing the Balanced Scorecard of passenger bus-station performance has been proposed.
