A Tracer Study of the College of Education Programs in Mindanao State University -; Maguindanao

Abstract
Tracer study is a tool used to evaluate and monitor curriculum and training programs. This tracer study determined the personal and academic details, the employment conditions, and the levels of application on the three domains of learning of the three fields of specialization with the present job of the graduates of the College of Education programs in Mindanao State University -; Maguindanao from the school year 2018-2019 to 2019-2020, specifically BSEd - Mathematics, BSEd - English, and BEEd - General Education programs. The study used a descriptive survey research design using an online survey questionnaire (Google Form). The total number of graduates for the identified degree programs and year of graduation is 161 but only 159 or 98.8% responded to the survey. Results revealed that most of the graduates have acquired their professional license and practiced their profession applying their acquired learning in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain positively while teaching. Further, it is concluded that the College of Education in Mindanao State University -; Maguindanao successfully delivered the learning experiences needed by their students in the future. They provide high-quality education and produce competent and productive graduates with a high employability rate and a high number of graduates who successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers.
