A Worldwide Strategy for Energy, Environment and Space Should Emerge in Paris as the Priority of Humanity: A Review
Journal Title: NanoWorld Journal - Year 2015, Vol 1, Issue 3
Abstract
Climate change, need for alternative energy and increasing asteroids in size and number represent key issues yielding growing challenges that must be tackled with more determination by the world community. The meeting set in Paris for December by the United Nations represents an unique opportunity to outline a common strategy for them as here outlined.

Strategies towards Novel Carbon Fiber Precursors: the Research Results on the Synthesis of PAN Copolymers via AGET ATRP and on Lignin as a Precursor
The aim of this work is the presentation of two different approximations for improving the production of carbon fibers through the introduction of alternative precursors. The first approach concerns the development of no...
New Bound State Energies for Spherical Quantum Dots in Presence of a Confining Potential Model at Nano and Plank’s Scales
In present work, the exact analytical bound-state solutions of modified Schrödinger equation with Modified central potential consisting of a Cornellmodified plus pseudoharmonic harmonic potential (MCMpH) have been presen...
Mimosa pudica Flower Extract Mediated Green Synthesis of Gold Nanoparticles
The use of Mimosa pudica flower extract in the synthesis of highly stable gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) is reported here. On treatment of aqueous chloroauric acid with crude aqueous extract of Mimosa pudica flowers, rapid r...
Effect of Thermal Annealing on the Optical and Structural Properties of the a-SiC Thin Films Deposited by DC Magnetron Sputtering
Hydrogenated Amorphous silicon carbide (a-SiC:H) thin films were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering technique using 6H-SiC polycrystalline target in a mixture of H2and Ar gas. They were thermally annealed at various tem...
Proceedings of the 2nd NanoWorld Conference in Boston (NWC-2017). Part V: Poster Presentations
However, the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation kinetics of MgH2 is very slow, Mg with its low cost and ability to store a high hydrogen content (7.60 wt.%) is considered to be the most promising materials for solid-state...
