ABOUT THE NATURE OF METEOR FLARES
Journal Title: Odessa Astronomical Publications - Year 2015, Vol 28, Issue 1
Abstract
Whereas at development of the meteoric phenomenon there are processes in different temporary scales (more slow processes heat conductivity, mechanical rotation, destruction) and considerably faster (fluctuations of brightness of radiating plasma is like gas-dynamical laser), the observable flares of meteors differ in nature, and in appearance caused by character of radiation. Continuing development of the meteoric phenomena in the Earth's atmosphere has been described by Astapovich I.S. (Astapovich I.S. 1958). The classification of meteor flashes which depends on the physical nature of the phenomenon is given below and the formulas of a physical theory representing these processes while moving the meteor are presented here.

ANALYSIS OF MASS CCD OBSERVATIONS TO IMPROVE THE ACCURACY OF ASTROMETRIC PROCESSING
In Research Institute: Mykolaiv Astronomical Observatory (RI MAO) regularly observations of fields with open clusters on the KT50 telescope (D = 500 mm, F = 3000 mm) with an Alta U9000 CCD camera (3k × 3k, FOV 42.6' × 42...
MODERN CCD OBSERVATIONS OF SELECTED MINOR PLANETS FOR THE CONNECTION OF DYNAMIC AND KINEMATIC COORDINATE SYSTEMS
One of the methods of determining the orientation parameters of the dynamic and kinematic coordinate systems is to use of long-term series of ground-based observations of selected asteroids. For achievement of the best a...
