ABOUT THE PROMOTIONS OF THE CATEGORIES OF THE CORPORATE CAPITAL AND AUTHORIZED CORPORATE CAPITAL OF THE COMMERCIAL COMPANIES AT THE LAW OF COMPANIES

Abstract
The basic categories of the law of companies such as statute capital and pooled capital are critically investigated at the article. The author proposes to replace them with the categories corporate capital and authorized corporate capital of the different meaning. The notions of the corporate capital and authorized corporate capital are defined at the article.
