About the reconciliation procedures of the criminal procedural law in foreign countries

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of reconciliation procedures in the criminal process in certain foreign countries. Procedural regulation of such procedures is reflected. The procedure for the application of conciliation procedures in accordance with the criminal procedural law of certain states is specified. The optimal version of the reconciliation process for the Russian Federation is revealed.
