Absorpcja RPO WP przez JST regionu Podkarpacia

Abstract
Level of the absorption of European centres through individual communes in the podkarpacki province, with one of poorest regions the EU, is an important component enabling panes and the sustainable development and reducing developmental disproportions between individual regions. Unfortunately many elements affect the level of this absorption from nearer and further surrounding self-government units in it above all administrative and financial possibilities of individual communes and cities. Findings evaluation commissioned by managing authorities show that for the RPO WP petitioner relatively activities of raising financial means are characterized by the top stair. They took the highest activity back JST and entrepreneurs which applied for funding partially highest of the ERDF. the Effectiveness of acquiring centres from RPO WP is placed on the level of the 50% what is marking, that every second compound the conclusion got funding partially, whereas government administration authorities are the most effective type of beneficiaries.
