Accession or non-accession to the International Criminal Court

Abstract
With the establishment of the International Criminal Court, Iran critical of globalization of criminal law is facing serious challenges and enormous development rights and thereby catching web, such as countries of how welcoming the Court, the effects of undeniable the legal status and its Member States and is a member of the Court Norms and regulations stipulated in the life of national sovereignty and major works will take place under the influence of government is not an exception And must inevitably join or not to join the International Criminal Court as the most serious The fact that international law considers criminal is known to ignore such a fact (accession to the Court) means non-participation in the international community to deny the reality of international law.
