Abstract
The article is dedicated to the up-to-date issues of the accounting and analytical maintenance for the management of transactions with valuable securities. There is the essence of the concept “accounting and analytical maintenance” defined with reference to the management of transactions with valuable securities. The goal of information needs in management of transactions with valuable securities is explained, which provides an effective functioning of subsystems for accounting, analysis and control within the information system at an enterprise. In addition, there was a reference model developed of the system for accounting and analytical maintenance for the management of transactions with valuable securities
