ACTION OF PHOSPHATE-MOBILIZING BACTERIA AGROBACTERIUM RADIOBACTER ON THE PHOSPHATASE ACTIVITY IN THE RHIZOSPHERE SOIL OF WINTER WHEAT PLANTS
Journal Title: Сільськогосподарська мікробіологія - Year 2017, Vol 26, Issue
Abstract
Phosphatase activity in rhizosphere soil of winter wheat plants variety Poliska 90 under the action of phosphate-mobilizing bacteria Agrobacterium radiobacter has been investigated in a field experiment on leached chernozem. It was found, that bacterization of seeds of winter wheat with A. radiobacter contributes to improved phosphatase activity in rhizosphere soil that probably promotes activation of mineralization process of organic phosphorus compounds in the soil and improves phosphorus nutrition of plants.
