Abstract

In light of fierce competition has become institutions looking for everything that distinguishes it to raise the competitiveness and achieve excellence in the market, and for this have become convinced that their survival depends on the extent of its superiority in meeting the desires and expectations of its customers, and directed the customer is the most appropriate choice , which must be put at the heart of strategies, customer orientation the question no longer a matter of choice, it has become the duty imposed on enterprise development and continuous improvement of its products in all respects, because the customer is always looking for innovation and excellence in all that he institutions , Thus, if the organization has been able to check all the expectations of the customer , which makes it feel to achieve their hopes and expectations, which leads to customer satisfaction, as satisfaction with a particular product will be tempted to repeat purchase , and talk positive about the organization and its products, this will lead to a competitive organization to improve and increase their strength .
