Acute Cytolytic Hepatitis Induced by Allopurinol

Abstract
Allopurinol is a drug indicated for the treatment of hyperuricemia. Its hepatic toxicity is rare. This is a case report about acute cytolytic hepatitis caused by allopurinol in a 62-year-old.
