The etiological findings showed that hypertension was found among 46.7% patients. Aneurysm was observed in 17.3%. Thalamic/putaminal haematoma was the commonest CT finding among the ASICH patients (41.3%). Lobar haematoma was found to be the second most common CT finding (29.3%).
