ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL BASIS OF INTERACTION OF BODIES OF THE GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY AND CIVIL SOCIETY

Abstract
The article describes the basic administrative and legal principles of state authorities and civil society. The main problem issues of cooperation between the authorities and non-governmental organizations of civil society are considered. Knowledge about civil society as a complex, multilevel social system is deepened. The structural problems of the formation of civil society in Ukraine are determined. A differentiated balanced position on the establishment of civil society in Ukraine was developed. The actual ways and directions of activation of work are offered.
