ADVERTISING AND PR IN SOCIAL NETWORKS (THE CASE OF INSTAGRAM)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of directions of application of social networking sites in promoting the product and studying the processes that occur during the preparation and implementation of the company’s main problem – the formation of brand perception by the client, the attraction of new customers, and the implementation of repeated purchases. Consumers in our day dictate new conditions for entrepreneurship. And entrepreneurs are trying to find effective ways to ascertain the needs of consumers in order to maximize their satisfaction. One of these ways is to promote goods and services in social networks. This is a set of activities aimed at using social networks as channels for promoting products and services of companies, as well as for solving other problems arising in the conduct of business. Promotion in social networks is a powerful tool for working with the image of the company, a tool for increasing the loyalty of target groups.
