ADVOCATE AS A SUBJECT OF INDIVIDUAL PREVENTION OF CRIME AMONG JUVENILES

Abstract
Article is dedicated to the study of the question the lawyer's participation in the activities under the individual prevention of juvenile delinquency. It identifies the main areas of preventive effects that can carry out a lawyer in the status of the subject of such activities with the regard to the appointment of lawyer. The issue is about the place of a lawyer in the structure of the subjects of preventive activity, prospects for the development and disclosure of a lawyer's capacity as a subject of individual prevention of juvenile delinquency.
