AGAIN TO THE PROBLEM OF REGISTERS OF COMMUNAL PROPERTY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with problems of communal property management in terms of accounting of municipal property. Shall the need to consolidate in law the local authority register of municipal property to counter the raider attacks on communal property, reduce the facts of his misuse and inefficient use.
