AGING OF THE LABOUR FORCES IN RURAL AREAS – REGIONAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

The aim of the study was to evaluate the impact of demographic processes on the regional labour market, with particular emphasis on the specifics of these processes in rural areas. The analysis was based on a study of differentiation in the level of labour force participation rates and employment among people aged 55+. Using statistical data at NUTS 2 level indicated on the nature of the investigated processes at regional level.<br/><br/>
