AGRARIAN STATEMENTS IN UKRAINE AS A MODERN TOOL FOR FINANCING THE STATE AGRARIAN SECTOR

Abstract
The article deals with the feature of lending to agrarian enterprises using agrarian receipts. The factors influencing the agrarian business, which hinder its development, are identified. The agrarian receipts are described as an innovative way of financing agricultural producers. The present state of agrarian receipts using an ex-ample of a pilot project is shown in which eight regions of Ukraine took part and the algorithm of bank lending was formed. The experience of Brazil in the process of lending for the future crop is assessed. Problematic aspects of the introduction of agrarian receipts into circulation, which restrain the efficiency of using by agricultural enterprises of this instrument in the process of attraction of financial resources, are systematized.
