Abstract
S. Zhukov. Academic entrepreneurship as a factor of improving the efficiency of enterprises and forming the innovative potential of the economy of Ukraine. In the article approaches to the definition of the essence of academic entrepreneurship are considered, the main components of the modern innovation infrastructure are given. The role of technology parks and business incubators as priority components of academic entrepreneurship in shaping the innovative economy of Ukraine has been revealed. It has been studied that academic entrepreneurship promotes the development of enterprises, increases the country's innovation and the formation of its competitive advantages. A significant role in the national development of academic entrepreneurship is played by the state, which forms the legislative base, regulates the process of formation of high technologies and their commercialization. To increase the efficiency of commercialization of research results in Ukraine, it is necessary to provide state legislative support for patent-licensing activities and the transfer of technologies of domestic VNZ and research institutes (institutions), the creation of specialized all-Ukrainian and branch organizations from technology transfer, strengthening the motivation of scientific and pedagogical staff To the development of innovative technologies, the implementation of inventions, patenting and licensed Not important for the national economy of the results of scientific research work.The mechanism of formation of academic entrepreneurship in the process of increasing the efficiency of enterprises and innovation economy development is offered. The main sources of financing innovative projects in the current economic conditions are determined. The problems and prospects for the development of academic entrepreneurship in Ukraine are analyzed taking into account the peculiarities of the national economy.
