АКМЕОЛОГІЧНИЙ СУПРОВІД ПЕДАГОГА В ПРОЦЕСІ САМОРОЗВИТКУ

Abstract

The article clarifies the difference between concepts of “self-education” and “self-development”, substantiate the content of educational institution head’s activity on creation conditions for teacher’s self-development. The requirements to pedagogical self-development are defined. Among teacher’s self-development stages represented following: necessary information analysis, self-education designing and its planning, stimulation of teachers to self-development, organizing the implementations of planned activities, monitoring and correction of work results. Defined directions of teacher’s acmeological support in process of his self-development such as psychological and acmeological diagnostics, acmeological education, acmeological prophylactics, acmeological consultation, developing work. The main developing methods and techniques are described: training, self-regulation methods, reflective practice, theoretical and scientific-practical seminars and pedagogical games. Conclusion of research is confirmed with experimental data.
