Abstract
The article describes the characteristics of the main types of lentil seeds, its useful properties. The data of physical and technological properties of seeds of lentils grown in the south of Ukraine are given. It is shown that skilful use of these properties will reduce losses and improve the quality of shipments of grain that goes to grain processing enterprises.
