АКУСТИЧНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ В ПРОЦЕСІ КРІОКОНСЕРВАЦІЇ БІОЛОГІЧНИХ ОБ’ЄКТІВ

Abstract

It is suggested to use ultrasonic vibrations as effective method of increase of kriorezistivnosti biological ob''ektiv and search of methods of additional kriozakhistu of their structures. The conducted analysis shows that increase of survivability of spermiiv of zoons at kriokonservacii by antihunt additions it is obviously possible to promote at the use of factors of acoustic or electromagnetic nature. Application of these factors requires development of method and hardwares of control after their introduction in the technological process of kriokonservacii spermiiv of zoons. Conducted experimental researches allow to assert that determination of optimum parameters of acoustic vibrations for influence on mikroob''ekti zoons before their kriokonservacieyu it is necessary to conduct from the change of dielectric proniknenosti of kriokonservuyuchego environment by a rezonatornim method.
