Alergiczne testy skórne punktowe – w kierunku obiektywizacji oceny wyniku

Abstract
The paper presents the current rules for the implementation and interpretation of skin prick tests (SPT), with particular regard to methods that objectify the SPT score. Attention was paid to the PRICK-Film System - a modern way of performing, interpreting and archiving SPT. The compatibility between SPT scores and serum asIgE levels in various allergic diseases in children and adults was also discussed. The current SPT site has been compared against other methods for the diagnosis of various allergic diseases. ............................... W pracy przedstawiono aktualne zasady wykonywania i interpretacji alergicznych testów skórnych punktowych (Skin Prick Test – SPT), ze szczególnym uwzględnienim metod obiektywizujących ocenę wyniku SPT. Zwrócono uwagę na PRICK-Film System - nawoczesny sposób wykonania, interpretacji i archiwizacji SPT. Omówiono także zgodność między wynikami SPT a poziomem asIgE w surowicy w różnych chorobach alergicznych u dzieci i dorosłych. Podano aktualne miejsce SPT na tle innych metod w diagnostyce różnych chorób alergicznych.
