Alternative expert examination: illusions and reality

Abstract

Expert activity is monopolized in Azerbaijan that is violated the rights of an individual, conditions and principles of the court proceedings. It is considered the procedural and organizational issues of establishing and functioning of the alternative expert institutions. The suggestions on changing and supplementing of the legislation are given.
