Abstract

The state can not be without supervision in the company’s activity. The consequences of human activity, whether positive or negative, present an objective basis for the person’s responsibility to society. The effectiveness of actions to restore social equity, to correct and to prevent the activity of the courts in the investigation of criminal cases depends very much on the thorough appreciation of the society as a result of the actions committed, and in this appreciation is also the system of criminal penalties, the destination of which, therefore, the social function of which consists in the protection against criminal attacks against the state, against the life and health, dignity and property of individuals, as well as against public order.
